All services require a non-refundable deposit. Pricing and terms are outlined in your project proposal. Payments are securely processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely input, honor payment terms, and communicate professionally. Work may pause if client responsibilities aren’t met.

5. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of services, refunds are generally not provided. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, analytics plugins). These are governed by their own terms.

7. Liability
We do not guarantee error-free use or performance. By using this site, you agree not to hold us liable for any damages or issues.
